Conveniently located near popular attractions, such as Gran Via and Plaza de Espana. The room wasnice and neat, providing a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a positive experience.
The lack of electricity in the room upon arrival was frustrating. There was no clear way to contact reception for assistance.

We were actually surprised by the location of the hotel, situated right in the heart of the city. The room we were assigned had been recently updated, giving it a modern and fresh feel. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. There was also a mini bar and a flat screen TV in the room for our convenience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would still highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and comfortable rooms. we had a great experience at Eurostars Madrid Gran Via.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel - it is situated in a great location smack in the middle of everything. Despite being in a shabby road, the venue is in a nice quiet street and close to all the main city attractions. The rooms are modern, spacious, clean, and come with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay including a soundproofed environment, free Wi-Fi, and a mini-bar. The hotel also provides quality service including in-room breakfast, a buffet breakfast and a restaurant serving delicious food. The staff is friendly and always willing to help make your stay enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, near a Metro Station smack in the middle of the city, making it convenient to all the major attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great service. The Continental Breakfast was of a very good standard.

I had a great stay at this hotel with a perfect location. It was right in the city center, so I could easily explore all the attractions. The Plaza de Sur metro station was just a stone's throw away, making it convenient for me to travel around the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. it was a convenient and enjoyable stay.
The reception service could have been better.
