Conveniently located near popular attractions, such as Gran Via and Plaza de Espana. The room wasnice and neat, providing a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a positive experience.

The lack of electricity in the room upon arrival was frustrating. There was no clear way to contact reception for assistance.

We were actually surprised by the location of the hotel, situated right in the heart of the city. The room we were assigned had been recently updated, giving it a modern and fresh feel. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. There was also a mini bar and a flat screen TV in the room for our convenience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would still highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and comfortable rooms. we had a great experience at Eurostars Madrid Gran Via.
