Conveniently located near popular attractions, such as Gran Via and Plaza de Espana. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a positive experience.

The lack of electricity in the room upon arrival was frustrating. There was no clear way to contact reception for assistance.

Convenient location, clean room, helpful staff, complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby. Walking distance to major sites and close to subway stop. Friendly and helpful front desk. Excellent breakfast with wide selection and good food.
